Ann Pia Baby, MD

Ann Pia Baby, MD

Ann Pia Baby, MD is a board-certified physician in Internal Medicine and an endocrinology who provides enthusiastic, patient-centered medical care at the Highland Medical, Endocrinology.

Dr. Baby earned her Fellowship in Endocrinology and Metabolism at Westchester Medical Center University Hospital in Valhalla, NY. She completed her Residency in Internal Medicine at Nassau University Medical Center, in East Meadow, NY. Dr. Baby received her medical degree at Government Medical College (formerly Cooperative Medical College, Cochin) in Ernakulam, India.

Prior to Highland Medical, Dr. Baby worked as a Medical Officer at Lakeshore Hospital and Research Centre in Kerala, India, and at St. John’s Hospital Idukki in Kerala, India.                        

Dr. Baby has professional memberships with The Endocrine Society, The American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists, American Diabetes Association, American Medical Association, American College of Physicians, Indian Medical Association and State Medical Council of Kerala, India.

Dr. Baby is fluent in English and Malayalam and can understand Hindi and Tamil.

Christos Paras, DO

Dr.Paras

Christos Paras, DO is a clinical endocrinologist with Highland Medical, Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism in Nyack, NY who sees patients on Saturdays. He is board-certified in Internal Medicine, Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism, Faculty Development and Clinical Hypertension.

Dr. Paras earned his Doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine at NYIT in Westbury, NY. He completed his Residency and Internship in Internal Medicine and his Fellowship in Endocrinology and Metabolism all at SUNY Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY.  

Dr. Paras comes to Highland Medical with over 15 years of experience in the clinical and academic fields of medicine. Most recently he has served as the VP of Academic Affairs, Vice-Chairman of Medicine, Associate Clinical Deal and Associate Residency Program director all for One Brooklyn Health/Brookdale University Hospital. He also serves as the Assistant Clinical Dean at Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine. 

Dr. Paras is a member of the American College of Physicians, the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists and the Endocrine Society.

Nandini L. Seshan, DO, MS

Dr. Seshan

Nandini Seshan, DO, MS is a board-certified and fellowship trained physician who has joined Highland Medical, Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism in Nyack, NY. Dr. Seshan earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in Lewisburg, WV and completed her residency and internship at Stony Brook Southampton Hospital in Southampton, NY. Dr. Seshan completed her fellowship training in Diabetes, Endocrinology and Metabolism at Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, NY where she was Chief Fellow working in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
 
Dr. Seshan holds professional memberships to the endocrine Society, the American Association of Clinical Endocrinology, The American Diabetes Association, the American College of Physicians and the American Osteopathic Association. 

Dr. Seshan is fluent in English and Telugu and proficient in French and Spanish.
