Koshnaf Antar, MD

Koshnaf Antar, MD is a board-certified physician in Rheumatology practicing at Highland Medical Rheumatology Associates. He comes to Highland most recently from Middletown Medical Inc and has been practicing since 2004.

Dr. Antar received his medical doctorate from the Institute of Medicine and Pharmacology in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. He completed his Residency Training in Internal Medicine at Prince George’s Hospital Center in Cheverly, MD and his Fellowship in Rheumatology at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in the Bronx, NY. He is a member of the American College of Rheumatology and fluent in Arabic, Kurdish, Greek and Romanian and his hobbies include hiking and soccer.

Jason Faller, MD, FACR

Jason Faller, MD is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Rheumatology. He practices part-time at Highland Rheumatology Associates as well as runs his private practice in New York City since 1982. Dr. Faller received his medical doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA. He completed his Internship and Residency in Internal Medicine at Rush-Presbyterian, St. Luke’s Medical Center in Chicago, IL and his fellowship in Rheumatology at the University of Michigan Center in Ann Arbor, MI. Dr. Faller has contributed to many publications regarding gout, purine metabolism and Lyme disease. Dr. Faller is currently an Assistant Clinical Professor in Medicine, Rheumatology at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mt. Sinai in New York City, NY.
