Vincent M. Ibelli, MD, FAAFP

Vincent Ibelli, MD, FAAFP

Dr. Ibelli practices Family Medicine specializing in hypertension, lipidology and holistic integrative medicine at his Tappan office. He takes pride in establishing a relationship with his patients and providing them with caring, compassionate and quality care. He has been named a “Top Doctor” by Castle Connelly and Hudson Valley Magazine from 2000-2015.

Dr. Ibelli is board-certified in Family Medicine. Fluent in Italian, he earned his medical doctorate from the University of Rome in Rome, Italy. He completed his Residency and Chief Residency at John F. Kennedy Medical Center in Edison, NJ. He is affiliated with Montefiore Nyack Hospital and is licensed to practice medicine in New York and New Jersey.

Noble Jacob, MD

Noble Jacob, MD is a board-certified family medicine physician with Highland Medical, Orangetown Family Practice in Tappan, NY. Dr. Jacob has been a primary care physician in his native Rockland County for the past seven years.

 Dr. Jacob received his Medical Doctorate from the Medical University of the Americas in Charlestown, Nevis and completed his residency at New York Medical College at Saint Joseph’s Medical Center in Yonkers, NY where he was a Chief Resident Physician.

Dr. Jacob has been practicing primary care in his native county since 2014.  He also has spent time working at urgent care and nursing home facilities with in the New York / New Jersey region during the Covid-19 pandemic.  

Dr. Jacob’s diverse background in many different settings will serve Highland Medical well. He is excited to be joining the team at Orangetown Family Practice and looks forward to building relationships with his new patients and serving his community.  When he is not practicing medicine, Dr. Jacob enjoys traveling, hiking, swimming, camping, golf and spending time with his family. 

Carin Shapiro, MD, MPH, FAAFP

Carin Shapiro, MD, MPH, FAAFP

Carin Shapiro, MD, MPH, FAAFP is a board-certified physician in Primary Care/Family Medicine. She practices at Highland Medical, Orangetown Family Practice in Orangetown, NY.  A Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians, Dr. Shapiro is also an instructor of Family Medicine in the Department of Family and Community Medicine at New York Medical College in Valhalla, NY. 

Prior to joining Highland Medical, Dr. Shapiro was the Director of Primary Care Services at Jawonio, Inc. and the Westchester Institute for Human Development at New York Medical College. She served as an attending physician who provided primary care specifically for individuals with developmental disabilities and traumatic brain injuries.   During her tenure in private practice, she also served as a school physician for the Nyack School District in Nyack, NY.

Dr. Shapiro’s dedication to the health and well-being of the community was recognized in 2012 when she received the Humanitarian of the Year Award from the Rockland County Association for the Learning Disabled/Young Adult Institute. She also is active in Keep Rockland Beautiful.

Dr. Shapiro received her medical doctorate at The Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York, NY and completed a residency in family medicine at the University of Connecticut in Hartford, CT. Dr. Shapiro earned a Masters of Public Health from the Health Policy and Management Program at New York Medical College in Valhalla, NY. She holds professional memberships to the American Academy of Family Physicians, New York State Academy of Family Physicians and American Academy of Developmental Medicine and Dentistry.
