Dr. Rybalova is an experienced hematologist and medical oncologist committed to providing her patients with exceptional medical care. Board-certified in Internal Medicine, Medical Oncology, and Hematology, Dr. Rybalova is licensed to practice medicine in New York and New Jersey. She practices at Hematology and Oncology in Nyack, New York. 

Dr. Rybalova is dedicated to teaching, accomplished in scientific research, and a published author. She is currently a Volunteer Teaching Attending at Montefiore Medical Center and an Assistant Clinical Professor at Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein School of Medicine. She also currently serves on the Board of Advisors for the Rockland County section of the American Cancer Society.

Dr. Rybalova earned her medical doctorate from Russian State Medical University in Moscow, Russia. During her education, Dr. Rybalova attended an international student exchange program at Harvard Medical School in Boston. After receiving her medical degree, she worked as a Staff Physician at Botkin Teaching Hospital of Russian State Medical University. 

Dr. Rybalova completed an Internship and Residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in Newark. In addition, she completed a Fellowship in Hematology and Medical Oncology at Montefiore Medical Center of Albert Einstein College of Medicine in Bronx, NY, and a Fellowship in the Alogeneic Bone Marrow Transplant Service at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York.
